SAC Capital’s Whistleblowing Policy provides an avenue for employees and external parties to raise concerns within SAC Group, without fear of reprisal. All instances of whistleblowing reports will be independently reviewed and assessed by the independent and non-executive director, Mr Leong Horn Kee.

Confidentiality and Anonymity

Whistleblowers should report their concerns in good faith. The policy ensures that all reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. Where permissible by law, employees may also choose to report concerns anonymously.

Channels for whistleblowing:

a)  The Whistleblower can choose to download the “Whistleblowing Information Form” and complete the required form via any of the following channels:

     (i)  Send an email to leonghornkee88@gmail.com; or

     (ii)  Post in a sealed envelope marked “Private and Confidential”, addressed Mr Leong Horn Kee, and send to the Company’s address at 1 Robinson Road, #21-01, AIA Tower, Singapore 048542.

b)  If the Whistleblower does not like to use the form, the Whistleblower should as far as practicable, provide the information, such as:

     (i)   Date, time and place of the actions / transactions.

     (ii)  Identity and particulars of the parties involved.

     (iii) Circumstances leading to the improprieties.

     (iv) Reason(s) for the concern.

     (v)  Any other relevant information or documentation that would assist in evaluating the report/incident.
